Mercantila Complaint - Customer service??
Kelly responds to one comment saying she's a Customer Service Manager at Mercantila. And while she offers a "sincere apology" and claims........"We are making many changes to create an improved customer experience" and all that, this would entail, here is yet one more unhappy customer!
It's obvious they are not stocking any of the products they sell, but are rather, they're a broker and have to deal with warehouses all over the country!
So Kelly, even though you calim you're working to make our shopping experience better, you are still failing badly!
To get 11 e-mails telling me my order was received and subsiquent email that keep changing the shipping date and then even more e-mails telling me you're having a problem getting a tracking number, but, "not to worry"
is not good customer service!
It's only when I call to tell you to cancel the order, after a week of not shipping, do I get more e-mails with more numbers, telling me you've received my inquiry!
Then, miraculously, my order have tracking numbers!
Kelly, you're in the wrong line of work...you should have been a politician!
At least when their lips move, we all know they're lying!
