E-Cost Complaint - ECOST Buyer Beware - Monitor purchas

After purchasing 3 monitors, one came without a base. I called the company multiple times to ask for them to send. Finally disputed the charge, and they responded 3 months later and sent the base. Setup the monitor, plugged it in and it was dead. Called ECOST and they said too bad for you, its beyond 90 days warranty.

This happened because you didn't test the monitor while waiting for the base. If its beyond 90 days then they will no longer do anything for you. Why didn't you test it?
