Dish Network Complaint - Bad service!!! - returning old equipment
I have been a customer of Dish Network for 5 years, I have decided to quit their service as it is my firm belief they are not very good anymore. I was advised I would have to send the two receivers and remotes back to them for the fee of 15 dollars. The reason I quit was they wanted to charge me $15.00 for a tech to come out and fix their equipment. Seems they have me both ways. I cannot recommend Dish to anybody as I feel violated, and screwed. I will be calling the BBB on this as I'm sure they will want to charge me for one of the remotes, which I had to purchase to replace a defective remote. Thaqt makes it a rental, and I never signed a rental agreement. MMMMMMMMM? Adios Dish.
