Macrovision Corporation/Optros Complaint - Opros DVD player awful

I purchased an Optros portable DVD player online via Target's website last September for my son's birthday. We have taken exceptionally good care of this and one day in MAY my son tried to watch a movie on it and there is sound but no picture. It stays in my room and no one had touched or used it since the last time, when it did work. One day it worked the next day it did not. What is worse is that I can't find any information in the owner's manual on how to contact them for a refund. I was told it had a one year limited manufacuture warranty but can't seem to find out how to contact them. It only worked for 8 months!

Have you tried contacting Target? They might be able to help you since they offered the product.

That is, unfortunately, the problem with buying these lesser expensive brands. I think I'd agree with BEJ and see if Target can get you the information for contacting them. It looks like they can be reached at 1.800.440.0680. Best of luck.
