Abercrombie & Fitch Complaint - Although merchandise has been returned they charged my credit card.
NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- A couple of months ago I made purchase from Abercrombie & Fitch.
The parcel arrived in Greece in short time but I had to pay 130 euros more for custom fees. Actually customs fee was around 30 euros and the rest were going to Fedex.
So I contacted A&F and told them that I won't accept this order because Fedex is charing to much. I m not satisfied with my order and I d like it to be returned. So far they charged my credit card with 135 euros but after a few emails I got my money back.
Now,2 months after that they charged again my credit card with 135 euros and this time its for good.
Plus they deactivated my account on their eshop and I can't access my order history in order to contact again with them and sort this out and they re not responding to my emails.
