REDMOND, WASHINGTON -- I origionally started out to see if I could get a refund for a program I ordered from this company. I have never been treated so badly or insulted so much as I was by DAVE, the contact person via the internet.
To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:
I want a refund for the product. I also want an apology from Dave. He was the most rude person I have ever encountered, and I work with the public every day.
At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
