Complaint - Poor customer service

LENEXA, KANSAS -- I ordered Grumpy Old Men from on 12/20. It is 1/11 and I have not received the item. I have emailed the company numerous times and keep getting put off. He keeps asking for the order number (which I have sent four times already). Then, I emailed him the receipt from Amazon and he asked me what my question is. I can't stand companies who don't know how to treat consumers. I've never had this problem from an Amazon merchant.
