DUNKIN DONUT Complaint - EXPENSIVE - CROISSANT

MARGATE, FLORIDA -- ON JUNE 2010, AT 09:15 AM, AT STORE #338904, I ORDERED A PLAIN TOASTED CROISSANT WITH BUTTER AND A FROSTED BLAST SM STRAWBERRY CITRU. I GAVE THE CASHIER A $20.00 DOLLAR BILL I ONLY HAD 3, $20.00 DOLLAR BILLS AND THE CASHIER GAVE ME $4.00 AND CHANGE. I IMMEDATELY RESPONSED BY ASKING FOR MY CORRECT CHANGE, I SAY I GAVE YOU A TWENTY DOLLAR BILL AND SHE BEGIN TO LOOK AROUND AND TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD TO COUNT THE REGISTER AND WOULD GIVE ME A CALL. WELL THAT WAS A BIG FAT LIE. i WAS GIVEN THE RUN AROUND AND NO ONE CALLED. I WAS TOLD TO TALK TO THE MANAGER WELL I NEVER COULD REACH THE MANAGER OF THIS STORE. THE EMPLOYEES TOOK MY NAME AND NUMBER BUT NO ONE BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME. I AM DISABLED AND NOT ABLE TO CHASE AFTER THE MANAGER OF THIS STORE. I FEEL THAT THE CASHIER WAS RESPONSIBLE AND POCKET MY CHANGE. IF I EVER GO THERE AGAIN I WILL NEVER USE CASH.
