Bank of America Complaint - DON'T BOTHER W/ CS...THEY KNOW NOTHING!!!
I have been a customer of Bank of America for sometime now, has always been a smooth "relationship"....??? Hardly, they are quite inept in their handloing of accounts and their constant erroneous fees and charges, but they always righted it went contacted...so I stayed. BUT NO MORE, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH....I have run out of patience with their errors, and am tired of the constant emails and calls to have these errors fixed....and the final straw: a CS Rep who "quoted" all the stipulations of one of their products/services...The "Advantage Program" and DID NOT HAVE 1 POINT RIGHT. Then to be told they "cannot domicile my FL account to NC, THOUGH THEY TOLD ME THIS HAD BEEN DONE 17 MONTHS AGO." I have over $15K in a combination of 4 accts, and yet they continue to charge me maintenance fees....for what??? I DO NOT need, nor do I want any help from them in maintainiong my accts, I do just fine on my own. ALL THEY DO IS SCREW THEM UP and then I have to explain to them why and how to fix it....ALL MY ACCTS WILL BE CLOSED ASAP...THEY'RE JUST NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE AND AGGREVATION... SO RUN... DON'T WALK.... THEY TRUL ARE THAT BAD!!!!
