E*Trade Complaint - E*Trade excessive fees

Beware of E*Trade for excessive fees. After a spin off, I received two shares of a particular company that was then later acquired by a third company.
This cash transaction resulted in $13 credited to my account, however in order to credit this amount - E*Trade charged me $20! Attempts to request customer service to adjust this fee were not successful.

So when everything was hashed out, you owed them $7?

What was the $20 fee? Transaction fee?
