Virgin Mobile Informative - Telling you all the truth about VM
I've seen reviews on here regarding Virgin Mobile and heres what I have to say:
1) As far as service goes, don't complain about it, its not the phone company's fault, you just don't live in an area that acquires well defined service, and you can't blame the phone company for where you live, I myself get decent service (2-3 bars) and do excellent
2) Phone problems, everyone gets a bad phone, but its not the phone company's fault, sometimes they have faulty phones, and maybe the reason you get terrible customer service, is because [you are impolite] to them for an honest mistake, the person you talk to on the phone did not personally send you a bad phone just to screw you over, so cut them some slack, just take the time, give different phones chances and soon you'll find a good one, the Kyocera Loft S2300 from Virgin Mobile is GREAT in my opinion, I've had mine for 2 weeks and absolutely no problems
3) Plans, don't even complain about them, $25 dollars a month for 300 minutes and unlimited everything else, and I mean everything, is a great deal, the people/computer handling your monthly charges can make mistakes every now and again, because humans aren't perfect and computers were created by the not-so-perfect human, so just calmly correct the error, and I'm sure it will be fixed
