Dthing Complaint - In Styler - Straightner

LAKESIDE, CALIFORNIA -- I purchsed two In Styler's a year ago and only used one for 6 months. The unit fell apart at the end while during use while the unit rotates. I contacted the company to return the item and they said they would mail a new one, however, I started using the second one that was the bonus buy and after two weeks, it fell apart at the end also and burnt my head.

I contacted the company and requested a full refund since there products has a problem with the ends falling apart, but they refuse and hung up on me.

Please help.

refunds are only allowed for a short time after purchase.
