Cochran Infinity South Hills Complaint - Very poor customer service

PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA -- Very poor customer service. One would think that buying an Infinity FX that the dealership would provide excellent customer service. Initially I bought a set of rubber floor mats which took forever and numerous phone calls to finally get them ordered, I even had to call the Monroeville Store to have someone follow up and at least get back to me as far as the tracking of the order. In May of this year I had my 1st application of the Auto Butler done to my vehicle. They did a terrible job and when I called to complain the response I got was "HMMM I'll check into it" and never heard another word from the dealership. It took me several hours to rub out the black marks that were on the car after this Auto Butler application.

I won't be having my vehicle serviced there again and for sure I will be trying to get out of the Auto Butler

Thanks for your review! Being from the Pittsburgh area I'll be mentally filing this one away for use when I finally get around to getting another car. Might be a while, yet, my '99 Honda only has 58,000 miles on it so it should survive a few more trips to The Waterfront!

M3C, don't take your car to #1 Cochran for inspection -- they will make repairs and cause other repairs to be needed. They are VERY pleasant when they talk to you but will lie and even say "It's your word against ours".
