JCV Trucking Complaint - The Worst TRUCKING AND MOVING SERVICE EVER
TUCSON -- JCV trucking not only failed in their delivery, but in customer service when we asked for the delivery of our car from the other side of the country to Arizona. It was first delayed by over two weeks, with no proof given of exactly why the delivery was late. They also never return phone calls or emails regarding questions about your delivery service.
But what was especially astounding is the lack to respect they have for their customers and their company. Do not expect to find class in this company- visit them in their Craycroft office and you are likely to find the most unprofessional mannerism ever encountered that includes skimpy clothing (e. g. torn jean shorts, unbuttoned shirts, dirty) and full-show of the entire upper body by the owner. He will also threaten to harm you, refuse to listen to explanations, refuse to shake hands, and also refuse to let you test drive your car before giving him the money, which must be in cash even though it is said that you can pay in other forms such as a money order. He will continue to be rude and exclaim that you, the customer is the one who is "rude", and use profanity- there is no customer service in JCV Trucking. Instead, you will run into impolite owners with zero class, lack to care to do business productively and efficiently, and lack of care for your products. It is as if you did not just hire them to do something for you- rather, it felt like you were giving them a big inconvenience as you pay almost a grand for the service.
They are not listed with the BBB for good reasons.
They will also blatantly violate contracts.
This is not the first time we have had to transport our car, and it is the first time that we have been left to not only get what we paid for, but also a behavior that is truly dehumanizing and poor.
Please be advice not to ever use this service or any related field with JCV Trucking.
