Ganz Complaint - Ganz treats employees the same bad way they treat their customers

I used to work with the Ganz company and Howard Ganz did not care about the customers nor the employees. All he wanted to do was try to become the biggest gift company in America. Fat chance, all he did was import cheap products from china and try to make them look better then they were. We had to take products back from accounts to many time.
He also wanted to be better then Russ Gift Company. He didn't care who he hurt in the process. He had me step on so many salesman/salewomen and fire them left and right.....
I hope the company falls flat on their face. He operates from Canada and won't face the Americans by opening up the main office in the states. He hides.
