Comast Complaint - Package bundles
I unfortunatly have been a Comcast customer for years and for years I have been very dissatisifed with them. I have had my cable out and gone for days and days before I could get someone here to do it. My parents live with me and are wheelchair bound the only thing they have to do is watch TV and going without it for a week is ridicilious!!! I have taken package deals out and what they set you up with and what you you get are two different things I was several times set up with a bundle then got my bill and could not believe what the cost was all the hidden stuff they forget to mention. So I started making sure they told me every detail of what my monthly bill would be and still it was always higher then what they said. THey say they record calls for trainning purposes (yea) byt still when you ask them to check the calls to verify the order that was placed they never have those calls. I als o said that I was going to record my calls for trainning purposes to and they refuse to talk to you if you do! get that! so I changed my package yesterday I asked them to send me a email verifying my package they won't put it in writing either. put TV on today and they as ALWAYS screwed up my package again...i have never seen a place that employed a bunch of idiots like they do their and not trainned properly at all...look else where for service and saver your self some headache! This company is the pits!
