Sidoors Garage Doors Complaint - Abandoned In Brooklyn And Still Waiting

GLENDALE, NEW YORK -- Company installed two new garage doors and an opener. One door is not operating properly. Company has repeatedly failed to keep service appointments and return phone calls. I have taken a day off from work and no one showed, and no call. Most recently a service appointment was scheduled for 7/1/10 between 8:00 am and 9:00 am. At 8:30 A.M. On day of appointment I called from my home phone to confirm the service appointment. Company representative said he would have to confirm the appointment with the office but never called back to confirm. When I tried to reach the company using my home phone, I got the company answering machine (makes me suspicious that they are screening calls). I called the company at 9:15 am on 7/1/10 using my cell phone and reached a company representative who asked me if we could reschedule between 9:00 and 11:00 am on 7/1/10. After so many cancellations, I said I did not want to wait all day and asked for an earlier appointment as promised and a return call within 10 minutes to confirm. As of 10:15 A.M. On 7/1/10 I have not received a retrun phone call and only get the company voice mail system when I try to reach them.
