Best Buy Complaint - No help from best buy or HP regarding computer
NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE -- I am 69 years of age and retired in 2007. I purchased an HP computer from Best Buy for over $600 and paid cash. The ''mother board'' went out around around March of this year. I was never notified by Best Buy or HP that this is a problem with this computer model. When I called and called them no one could or would help, especially an arogant employee whose name I cannot spell, all I know it began with a ''w" and sounded Polish. The only thing I needed a computer for was to check my checking account and Ebay. Needless to say I will never set foot in any Best Buy stores or never buy an HP product. They said that I missed being under warranty by 1 month. Please! This is what they told my son when he called and tried to reason with them. Has anyone else had this problem?
