Dish Network Complaint - Mr
CALIFORNIA -- I have a 2 yr contact w/Dish TV. I received a current bill with a price increase of approx 4%. I called about this and they say, according to their contract, if they have a price increase they can pass it on to the consumer. In other words, their contract only protects them and I have no proof that they ever received a price increase from anyone. This is unacceptable and crazy. Does the FCC protect us against people like this. I surely don't want to do business with a company like this.
