Walmart/Sams Complaint - Walmart/Sams Worst Customer Service!
RAPID CITY, SOUTH DAKOTA -- I have just returned from another inexcusable experience at Sams in Rapid City SD. First when I walked through the door I sat in a display chair and tried to push it back while talking to my friend and in the middle of the conversation an employee came by and told me where to put my feet and I said I don't want my feet there and continued to talk to my friend and she interrupted again and said that's the only way to do it, I said again I don't want my feet there and again went to talking with my friend she then for the third time interrupted and said you have to to make it work right I then told her "for the third time I do not want my feet there" and as she was walking away made a rude comment. We then proceeded to the back meat area where I stood with my son at a food sample area and told him the choices and to grab one, this has happened before and when discussed with the store manager those employees are not to correct the parent when they are standing with their child. The lady when to grab my six year olds hand and I put my hand on top of his she grabbed my and I tried to pull away and the tray and food when flying. Choice words were said between both of us. I called the store manager and received Clarissa and Jack. Jack proceeded to tell me three times to calm down and he will explain to me the "nation policy." I told him three times not to talk down to me and tell me the policy but was never told it just that there is a nation policy. I told him I wanted a copy of some policy he was talking about and never went to retrieve it. He continued to talk down to me telling me to calm down. There is no sign stating I can not have my child take something I told him to do standing there, there is no sign stating that children can not sample items, there is a sign there indicates the server can serve children samples and have the right to request parents permission for allergy reasons. I will not have someone grab my child, I will not have someone correct me when I'm standing next to my child, I will not have someone talk down to me, I will not have someone touch me, I will not be degraded when I'm spending money to put in YOUR pocket. If the server picked it up and said "here let me get that for you" and handed it to my child none of this would have happened. If the manager did not talk down to me and respected me as a paying customer none of this would happen. I am the parent, no one will touch, correct, or over ride me to my son. If Sams does not want the children grabbing the food make the servers serve it, I will not be punished, degraded, or treated like this again.
