Furniture Row / Sofa Mart Complaint - Furniture Row- Poor Quality Products And Suppress Negative Reviews On Their Site

AUSTIN, TEXAS -- We bought the Tahoe sofa - after 6 months the material began to pill and cushions began to sag in the middle. At the time of purchase we stupidly bought an additional warranty only to find it virtually covered nothing. I called customer service and they basically said there was nothing they could do. I then wrote a review on their site to warn other consumers- following all of their "review guidelines." I felt my review was fair and honest. A week later, I still do not see my review posted to the site- I only see 2 5 star reviews.

They are obviously suppressing negative reviews on their site to misinform their customers. Shady company!!! Stay away!!!
