OOKISA Complaint - Rip off
ONTARIO, CALIFORNIA -- I decided to try a 30 day trial period for the product, and I must say it works great. However, I didn't feel it was worth $69.95 so I called the company to cancel my subscription and of course they talked me into keeping the product, but at a lower price of $39.95. I accepted the product for the price of $39.95 bi monthly. The first time they billed me, low and behold, they charged me $69.95. I didn't freight, I figured it was an honest mistake and the company would make it right. Spoke to Customer service and they told me they would refund me $34 dollars within 7-10 business days. I waited the 10 business days and still no refund. I called back and asked to speak to a manager and they told me that they didn't have one and that it was already in the process of refunding my money. I informed the lady if I didn't have my money I wanted them to cancel my subscription. I also asked for a corporate phone number to which she told me she didn't have one to give me. Right then and there I should have known something wasn't right, but I was waiting a couple of more days to see if they would refund my money. Here it is the following month and I still have yet to be refunded my money. On top of that, this month they charged me another $72.95. Now I had to call my bank and am in the process of stopping payment, which I had to pay for and the bank recommended that I cancel my card so they cannot charge me any more. Now I am in the process of disputing the charges. Oh, did I mention, I never received any more product after my trial period either. I am beyond frustrated with this company.
