T-Mobile Complaint - Worst Company Ever Dealt With
If you want to be taken advantage of and abused, by all means sign up for a T-Mobile plan. Their billing is totally screwed up (billing isn't consistent with service), their customer service lacks the ability to assist you ( the reps always seem nice & helpful but it seems company policy has tied their hands), their coverage isn't the greatest.
At the end of my contract, I tried to cancel with them. I sent emails stating that. They just ignored my emails and told me I had to call to cancel. I was overseas at the time and they WOULD NOT give me a international toll free number. I also had called prior to leaving the USA and told them my intention. Didn't matter. They just kept billing me on a mo-mo basis.
As far as I'm concerned, they are absolute crooks!
