Dish Network Complaint - Miss informed Employees and myself. Ditch the Dish
I am very upset that I had to cancel my service. I had called and spoke to a Representative at Dish Network and inquired about getting the VERSUS Chanel. But I was told that you did not have that program yet but were getting a lot of requests for it and was not sure if or when it would be available.
This was just last week that I called, 6.25.10. I then called another service that offered it and started that service. When that service started, I asked to cancel Dish and was informed of the fee that was going to be charged.
I would think that the company would have more informed employees that knew what services they provided.
If I had known that you had the VERSUS network, I certainly would not have canceled.
To make things even worse, they are sending me boxes for their equiptment and for me to pack it up, ship it back and for that they are charging me $18.00. What a rip off!
