Blair Complaint - Unwanted merchandise being sent

Review by Cman2002 on 2010-07-07
WOOD DALE, ILLINOIS -- Without authorization this company sent jewelry from their club. I later notified them that I no longer wanted to receive their merchandise in care of a phone call and marked the form, which was enclosed with the merchandise, that stated "I do longer wanted anything sent." The consumer which they send this to has dementia, being her daughter I have power of attorney, my request has been ignored and they continue to contact her via phone and get her to agree to take jewelry which she thinks is free. Since then have sent two more packages received on July the 5th and has been returned. I am hoping they will stop sending their products all together. Thank you.

Can't you get some kind of legal cease and desist letter? Do you have power of attorney for her? Are they taking any money from any account?
