The chairs and tables have a nice look that fits in perfectly with my restaurant's style. The bar furniture is also great, with a modern design that adds a really nice touch to the space. But what really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service I received. The team at the Affordable Seating was very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process, answering all my questions and offering guidance. I highly recommend this restaurant furniture company to anyone in need of top-notch furniture for their business. They have a wide range of options to choose from and their prices are competitive. CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- I placed an order (40 x-back metal chairs with a black finish) with Juliana who has been absolutely wonderful throughout the entire order process. Juliana and I had a call and went over my order and the style of the chairs that I had selected. The ones that I selected initially were unavailable. She showed me a few other options and checked availability for me. I was able to find the chair on their website and completed the order process easily. She has been extremely responsive and she's been in constant communication with me via email and calls to keep me updated about the delivery date. Her responsiveness needs to be recognized. CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- I purchased 25k worth of booths. They delivered 1/3 of the booths severely damaged and unusable. They never offered to send new ones but that I should pay to fix them and they would put in an insurance claim and give us the money. This would take 3 months. We are going on month 6 and they only change their story 5 times and keep telling me the check is on the way. I finally called the shipping company and they said they started a claim but never provided paperwork so it is no longer valid. When I told them this they said the check is on the way. These people are insane, rude, nasty and complete liars.

The customer service was outstanding and our sales representative, Dan, was able to quickly resolve a small issue we had with missing bolts on some chairs. CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- Not satisfied with the delivery time for my order. Despite Eric from sales helping me track the order, it still took more than 10 days longer than the expected delivery date. On a positive note, I was impressed with how efficiently my order was processed and the bar stools (20) arrived without any damage whatsoever. The online buying experience was ok, and the ordering on their site was easy. However I am giving them a 4-star rating because of the delivery delay.
