Skype Complaint - Internet Fraud
I purchased skype credit and received a receipt. When I tried to make a call I got a message saying I had to purchase credit even though my receipt had printed. 30 Minutes later I was still getting messages saying I had no credit. When I went to skype's web-site it took 20 minutes to find an e-mail address. Then I emailed them only to get an automated response telling me to search the help topics because they refuse to read email or answer phones. Aparently this is how they avoid fraud charges because they can deny knowing about it if they refuse to have any human contact.
