Comcast Corporation Complaint - Rip off
Changed to online automatic payment plan. Called Co. to make sure payment was accepted. Two weeks later I had no internet or TV service. Called to ask about this. answer was no payment. asked after being switched three times to a different person, how to remedy this stiuation. Was told I would just have to drive 30 miles and pay in person. Within one week I had a different company and a service representative had come to my address to pick up payment and equipment as well. The next month they withdrew $150.00
from my bank (Auto Pay)when I called to ask what was up, was refunded $95.76 raised cane, and refunded $12.90 more. $10.00 service fee, 128.66 total, where is the rest of my money?
