Pappardelle's Compliment - Great Pasta! - flavored dried pasta

Review by goduke on 2010-07-08
DENVER, COLORADO -- I first discovered Papardelle's pasta at the Dallas Farmer's Market. When I moved away from the area, I was disppointed that I couldn't have my fix of pasta. Then I found that they sell online at papardellespasta.com.

This is truly some of the best pasta I've ever had. My favorite is the Orange Szechuan Linguini. I flash fry some shrimp with a bit of red pepper, and then mix it with the linguini and a bit of olive oil, and it makes the best dinner.

The downside. It's a bit pricy -- $8/pound. And the website isn't really efficient -- many times they don't notify you that the order has shipped, they tell you it ships via DHL (it's actually Fed Ex Ground), and the order status doesn't change.

Still, it's amazingly great food fare. The pasta is high quality, and it's never been damaged in transit. Check them out.

That sounds delicious. I never heard of flavored pasta before. That is a bit expensive but still less costly than eating out. And at least you know it's good and won't be disappointed.

I doubt that I'll see this in my area, but I'll keep my eyes open.
