Norton360 Anti Virus Cd Complaint - Charge My Account And Not Fix My Computer

Review by delbut on 2010-07-08
I paid $80,00 for a CD that is to clean virus off the computer, the CD would not work, I call Norton and they told me pay another 46.00 to take over my computer to work on it the person could not fix it and them charge my account and I was hit with a $35.00 plus the $46.00 for the fund not being in their and was told I would not be charge, when I call they said that it must have been some other virus company that I called I only call Norton. when I did get the company they said that they were partner with Norton and that the company they use, I am on a fix income and I think I should be paid for service that I didn't receive and my overdraft at my bank.

They say the conversation would be recorded and Told Norton play it back and they would the that I was not to be charge.

I think you meant $80.00, not $80,00. And $80.00 is still a lot for anti-virus software. There are several FREE anti-virus software that you can download that does a good job in stopping viruses.

Check with your ISP. I think all of them offer free anti virus programs nowadays to avoid viruses getting on their network.
