Sprint Complaint - Don't get your cell phone service with Sprint!
DALLAS, TEXAS -- I have had service with Sprint for over 10 years and in the last 4 months I have had nothing but problems being billed for service you don't have or don't request such as "special rings". I would hear that ring all day if I had it! Watch your bills you will find little $1, $5 charges every bill that you did not authorize. Then when you call customer service expect to be on the phone for at least an hour to fix something they tacked onto your bill. Also, their employees are suppose to note the details of your conversation so that if the error is not fixed,(and it won't be) next month when you receive your bill and you have a past due amount due to the error not actually being fixed you don't have to remember all the details and they see what the previous representative did or didn't do. But, the employees have figured out that if they don't note the account or adequately note the account then it can't come back at them. I am counting the days that the second phone on my plan is out of contract so I can cancel. I will still have one phone under contract but I don't care, I WANT OUT! GOOD BYE SPRINT!
