United Airlines Complaint - Stranded - Flights
We were travelling to my son's wedding in San Diego. We booked our travel through your company 6 months before our travel date. We also checked with the airlines the day before we left. When we got to the airport, my husband was put on standby. After we left, unbeknownst to us since we had no internet access, our flight home was cancelled. They had our phone number and never bothered to call to be sure we were not stranded. We had no knowledge of the cancelled flight and because of the negligence of your company were stranded and unable to return home. It turned a wonderful event into a nightmare. Both ways there were problems. We are letting all know through word of mouth and travel sites not to trust your company. Your management of our trip was unacceptable, and your employees were of no help in getting us home. You have a responsibility to those who book through you and you abrogated that responsibility. I will continue to pound the drum and keep others safe!
