Side by side refrigerator - Complaint
I purchased a Whrilpool ED5LHAZWQ side by side in January 2010. In February 2010, it broke down (coolant leak). In July 2010, it broke down again (faulty compressor valve). I have to wait 6 days until it can be repaired. What's next? In addition to the faulty mechanics, this is the most pooly designed appliance I have ever encountered. It didn't look too disfunctional in the store but proved to be a nightmare when trying to organize and store goods.
Customer service really doesn't want to hear about your problems.
