Safe Dry Complaint - Not Satisfied
HUNTSVILLE, ALABAMA -- I was moving into a rental home. I choose Safe-Dry to clean our carpets because their products were safe for babies. I have a 6 month old that plays all over the floor. I wanted the carpets clean and safe for her. They promised 100% satisfaction guaranteed. After they did the master bedroom I was NOT PLEASE AT ALL by how they looked. (They looked half cleaned with dirty traffic areas still showing) I ended up having a long talk with the Supervisor. He had told me that I had to let him finish the job because of the paper I signed or he can leave but I have to pay the full $300 for the job. He told me that if I was not happy in 7 days they would return my money or send someone out again until I was happy. Well what they don't say is that they don't ever intend on returning your money. They said you have seven days to decide if your satisfied or not and we will return your money. Each time they send a person out the 7 days start over. It was a never ending cycle of phones calls and them coming to my house to clean what they originally said would be no problem to clean. I got tired of not being able to unpack and place my furniture after a week and a half of dealing with them. Needless to say I AM NOT 100% satisfied and so they really don't go by 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. In the end, they only gave me half of my money back and it took another week of calling them for me to get the money that I did back. I still have spots and dirty places on my carpet.
The only good thing was that they did dry fast like they said, but the carpet felt crunchy for several weeks.
