Dish Network Complaint - Customer service at its lowest
I was paying 115/month with 2 DVR and one of the TV stopped working.
i called customer service 5 times. at lest 2 times, the service representative dropped the call. every time I called, they made me follow stupid steps. however, I still went with them. after 5 calls, they were not willing to send me a remote. so I called and canceled my service.
after a week, I got called from head office and gave me an offer to restore my service with remote. so I accepted.
they activated buy guess what. it was not working. I was told that I will be charged 80$ to fix it + 20$ for remote.
this I believe is a lowest of of the low I have encountered.
with this extreme frustration, I just canceled it permanently.
