Walmart Complaint - What can I do?

PORTER, TEXAS -- As a consumer from your state, I felt it was my responsibility to bring to your attention the following incident.

I don't know what to do.
I got hurt at work, 3days later they fired me, they accused me of being on drugs, I do not use drugs, I don't even drink.
I have a heart condition, I have high blood pressure. Im 40 yrs old.
They say my UA from Humble hospital said my UA was positive, help.

As a resolution, I would like the following:

I just need some helpful advice.
It took me eight months, after I lost my home and everything else, but I proved to the wwc judge that I was not intoxicated when I got hurt, I won my benefits, 6 weeks later they stopped, now there saying all my paper work is all dated wrong and ect. Please help me. Any advice, I can sure use some soon. Thank you.

You need to immediately hire an attorney who works in Worker's Compensation and labor law. Insist upon taking another drug test, preferably one far more accurate than a UA. Some tests available can show any drugs taken in the last year, so if possible go for that one. Good luck! From what I hear, Texas isn't exactly a friend to labor.
