Dish Network Complaint - Misinformation
I have had this service for 3 days
First person who took my order failed to tell me it was for 2 years
only talked about the reduced rate for 1st year
installer said that the service agreement could be terminated in 7 days but was for twice as much as stated. Second phone person was very helpful.
Third person contacted about the service was very rude.
Called and said - hey do not know what to thing but want to opt out on the 7 day opt out period
told: sorry our representatives "misinformed" you, but you should have:::::::. If you do not like the service it will merely cost you 400 dollars to opt out. Huh? How can you support your representatives "misinforming" your clients? "Ma'm read your contract"
No where do I read that once I sign after being "misinformed" that I am screwed. But I am. So if you really want to use dish TV I would suggest that you RUN
