Time Warner Complaint - Unsatisfied and Frustrated
I've recently become a customer with Time Warner after using a different company for a number of years. After two months attempting to work with this service I am extremely frustrated and unsatisfied. I would switch to another service immediately if possible. When Internet was first installed I spent over 4 hours with representatives attempting to enable my wireless Internet. I'm quite competent when it comes to computers yet no one had enough knowledge to assist me with the problem. Even after successfully setting up the Internet on my own I choose to use my AT&T service on my phone rather than being interuppted by the frequent disconnects and slow service on my computer. The issues aren't soley with my Internet service. I often loose cable connection. It has been a frequent problem with Time Warner. The last issue which prompted this complaint is my Cable has been frozen for hours, even after rebooting. I'm getting fed up with it. If you're contemplating this service I'd research other opportunities first.
