Shipping On A Replacement Handbag - Complaint

I have put in an order to replace a handbag that came with scuff marks. I am very picky especially since I am paying good money for this handbag. Well before putting the order I explained to the lady I could go to another store and have overnight shipping for free, she offered standard shipping, apparently since I am not to receive the order until Friday 7/16/2010. I spoke to Nancy Lee, who is suppose to be customer service manager(?)and she was sooo... rude, acted like she knew me and had a grudge over me. Nancy, specifically said I am NOT overnighting you the package and you can go to whomever and complain, but I am not doing it. She said we had issues before and because of this I would have thought she would be nicer and willing to help but she got worse like she went mad or something, weird!So much for High Standards!
Coach is a store I am starting to dislike! With the treatment I received, over something as little as shipping, I do not think it's worth coach losing money over, I thought it was customer service that was the heart of a business, I guess not!
