Steam Cleaners Plus Complaint - Steam Cleaners Plus - Crappy Customer Service

UTAH -- I've been waiting 4 months for product from this company and communication from them has been inconsistent and unprofessional. (I'm being nice.)

I ordered from them in March, heard nothing for over a month. When I wrote telling them I was getting nervous, they responded snippily, suggesting that they had been sending me status updates (thus implying that I had either missed them or was lying by claiming to have never seen them, right?) and that my steamer should arrive within three weeks.

Yeeahh, two months later and no contact so I wrote to them. No response.

Finally this morning I flipped out and wrote threatening to file a fraud claim with PayPal. Surprise, surprise, they responded within a couple of hours. Again though, the tone was crappy. They've promised shipping by Wednesday, but I'll believe it when I see it.

Right now it appears that I am going to be out $350. But hey, at least I got a giant headache out of it.

Avoid this company. Seriously.
