Sprint Nextel Informative - Don't fall for them.
SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA -- I bought a HTC Evo on 6/13/10. I've found my phone is defective. When I tried to make a call, I heard funny noise like something loose inside the earpiece speaker. I bought to them at 843 mission st in San Francisco, one told me to turn the volume down a little bit so it won't have that noise. How the hell they expect customer to use their phone without turning the volume to maximum for a better sound. Another one said the speaker touch the metal shield. And another said he can't hear nothing. So I wanted to return the phone but I forgot to bring the 8G micro SD card. I came back another day talked with different sale representative She told me the phone is not in stock and will call me when they have it. Did not receive any phone call until 2 day before my trial period expire. I found additional problem to the phone. The screen won't rotate no matter what I did to the phone. I call up customer support. A guy told me to check the widescreen in the camera setting to see if it fix the problem. He will call me back to see if the problem is fixed, but he did not call me back and the problem was not solved. I was so mad. Take it back to the store. I told them if they don't have another one I will return it. He talked to the guy that I got the phone from. First he said, he will find me one by tomorrow. I said no. Then he tapped the other guy to the stock room and came back with another phone. The guy told me that the phone is for somebody but he has not picked up.
DO NOT LISTEN TO WHAT THEY SAY.
VERY BAD AND UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
THOSE WANT TO GO FOR SPRINT. SHOULD READ THIS BEFORE MAKING DECISION.
