Eastcoast Complaint - Be careful when you rent a car from E_ _ _ Coolangata Gold Coast

GOLD COAST -- Ruin all holiday. Extremely bad car rental ever at E _ _ _ C _ _ _ _ Gold Coast Airport!!! . Won't use it ever. Unauthorized use of credit card fraudulent scamming $400 on last day. Got unreasonable charge $549.75 from first car Tarago which already have dent of the roof. The car have so many damage scratch and dent when pick up car staff didn't show the roof that already have existing dent. The car high nearly 2 meters like invisible area which your return staff climb up and claim damage like she know. Dishonest company & rude staff .

Doesn't want to continue on second car corolla because feel disgusting with this company but already book the trip and I know this company will going to charge if I cancel it. Took all photo on the car and take extremely care on car when using it but night mare going up again when return the car from same doggy staff. Going to charge excess for rear bumper which already damage again but this time I have photo show the damage when pick up car also condition report but again they try to charge me again by the black dirty on rear bumper which they said that is extra damage cause by me. Arguing a while and ask cleaner staff to wipe its off. NOW very clearly same as pick up. That's it no apologize or said sorry for anything quiet. But drama still go on when back home and check on credit card show unauthorized use of credit card fraudulent scamming $400 on last day.

Moreover when return to airport by shuttle so hurry cause waste so many time arguing in office and nearly miss flight. Their negligence driver forgot to close the back door of Van properly. When we travel to half way door was open and the baggage were drop down on the street !!!!! I just realize after have windy in shuttle and look back. Ask driver to stop immediately and turn back all the way to office but baggage were lost on street. Come back to office again and so angry complaint to manager and never said sorry or apologize for anything just blaming their driver. Luckily few minute later have one guy driving to us and said he found some baggage drop on street and looking for owner so we got it back but baggage were damage.

ALL this trip end so extremely bad experience, Unprofessional, Rude Staff, Dishonesty, Dodgy on this car rental company!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nothing At All. Actually their have minus star for my post but I need to put it at least one star for continue post.

Beware this car rental company. Take extremely careful to deal with them on condition report. Better take all photo of the car especially on damage area. Especially roof top for big high car it can cause so painful experience like me. Which they try to rip off from the damage that already happen on car before to you when you return it.
