Sprint Complaint - Theives
I have to check my bill every month for errors in billing. It takes me about an hour on the phone to finally get someone who is authorized to make a correction and deduct the erroneous charges from my bill. Sprint is betting on the fact that most people do not have to perseverance to take an hour of their time every month to do this. I wonder how much money they make with all these billing errors that slip by the consumer.
Also- what a rip off to tell me I have a $150.00 credit toward the purchase of a new phone- and I have to pay 200.00 for a new phone when a new customer can get the same phone for free or for 30.00. Why- my renewal of service is extended for 3 more years- why do I -an existing customer have to pay more than a new customer for a new phone??? I feel ripped off and will switch to another company when our 2 years is up and get a free phone from another company since Sprint wants new customers more that keeping heir old ones happy;..;
