Amazon.com Complaint - Amazon cancelled my seller account without just cause
I have bought and sold on Amazon.com for years. A few days ago I get an Email that my seller account has been suspended. The cause? I am told I had another account that had been problematic, yet I had never had a complaint. I don't know if someone got into my seller account, but I have contacted Amazon.com over and over; I have also contacted the BBB. I have not sold anything for over a year on Amazon, yet I cannot get them to take the suspension off. I wish I had know several years ago that Amazon was not a legitimate and honest site to sell on.
Apparently someone has gotten into my account and done all this, so why did Amazon allow this...but they decided to keep me from selling instead of checking the facts!
