Ashley Furniture Complaint - Delivery Times - Furniture Purchase and Delivery
Trying to get $3K worth of furniture delivered has been brutal. I received a call yesterday saying we were scheduled for tomorrow, and I'd receive a call today with the 3-hour window for delivery. Wait...wait...wait...finally called about 2:30. Suddenly, the delivery routes have been shut down for tomorrow, and we're not scheduled after I've taken off work specifically to take possession. The girl said she'd call back in 15 minutes with a time for delivery the next day. After 30 minutes, still no call so I call back. Now they can't give me a time because the schedule hasn't been closed. After being put on hold for 10 MINUTES, which is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE, I called back again. Put on hold again for 7 MINUTES. Called back again and got cut off. After I threw one heck of a fit, they gave me a 3-hour window. No, I don't expect to see my furniture that day either.
