Airborne Express Complaint - poor customer service

WEST BRANCH, IOWA -- i sent a package about a year ago. because i moved between the time the package was sent and the bill was sent to me, i received it a lot later. i ended up moving a few times and by the time the bill was paid, it was late (by about 2 months). i paid the acct, and then received a bill a few weeks later saying i owed $5 in late charges. whatever, i paid it. a few months later i receive a call from a collection agency. after several rounds on the phone (about 3 months worth) and giving them the cancelled check numbers and going to the bank to get copies of the cancelled checks, i called airborne. i was told my acct would be reviewed and i'd receive a letter in a few weeks. nothing happened, i stopped receiving calls, i thought it was taken care of. after six months, i received a call last week. this time airborne is claiming i owe 20 in late fees. why am i not receiving bills? i won't ever use airborne again because of this fiasco. if i'd actually received a bill from them in the past year i would have paid it. i don't understand why a crooked collection agency was sent after me.
