Activate Your T-Shirt Complaint - No Replacement - Lighted Superman T Shirt

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA -- I purchased a superman lighted t shirt on 2-15-2010 for my grandson. Got it home and it had a broken lead wire so I returned it my mail after calling the company and asking for the address. After not receiving a replacement I called the company and was told they never received the shirt. With this information I went to my post office and was told it was delivered on 2-24-2010 and signed for. Came home and called them but they swear they never got the shirt but I still hold the U. S.postal delivery confirmation receipt. The company operates at two location in L. V. NV. I paid $40.00 plus tax for a total of $43.24.

So you know it was not cheap for a t shirt. I talked to the owner by phone and also my email with no results. I have all my paper work to prove my effort to solve this problem
