Enterprise Rent-A-Car Complaint - Wrecked - Enterprise insurance
Just want to say this is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I was rear ended by a person who rented a car from Enterprise and they had the Enterprise insurance. Enterprise is self insured so they do not have to answer to the department of insurance. It is July the 14th the accdient happened early MAy and I still have yet to settle this claim. They are trying to offer me 400 dollars on a 2000 claim. I will never rent a car from them and if your smart you won't either or buy their insurance. I have had to make over 50 phone calls to even get close to settling this. Their answer was let your insurance company pay and we will subrogate with them. Glad I didn't do that because I would have gotten stuck with a claim against me. I stopped at a Red Light and was rear ended by their car covered under Enterprises insurance. If you are smart you will not do business with them. If you do you are at risk for being sued or not having your claim covered in a timely manor. There is not enough room to describe what they put me through and all of the hurdles' they threw in front of me. I never thought a company as big as Enterprise would be so dishonest and hard to work with let this be a lesson for all of you renting cars never trust them they are despicable when it comes to making things right but are perfectly willing to take your money or any other unsuspecting person who rents from them.
