Jerome's Furniture Complaint - Complaint: customer serv. El Cajon Cr. Dept, and delivery
If they had a ZERO in CUSTOMER SATISFACTION I would choose it for Jerome's customer service, office credit dept. (El Cajon store) and delivery dept. (phone number 866-833-4094). We bought from Jerome's downtown 30 years ago. Now bought from the store in El Cajon, we have been sitting waiting for delivery to complete our order for 8 days. (bought $2200 worth on July 7 today is July 15) Supposed to be delivered Sat. we waited all day Sat., called at 3:10, should be in Tuesday (13). You guessed it. No call, no furniture. Just got off the phone, now Thursday, 8 DAYS later and waiting, they say they are waiting on the factory. Why do WE have to keep calling THEM, be on top of things? Forget customer service-big LOSERS on the phone. If Jerome's is part of BBB they should be.
So why do they have their WAREHOUSE in Rancho Bernardo if it doesn't actual "HOUSE" what you advertise on your SHOWROOM floors? ha.......what a joke.......same day delivery the commercial says too. FORGET IT.
Jerry Navarro if you read this, you need to get better workers in your El Cajon store cashier/finance dept. because they told us wrong. ALSO your customer service/delivery dept. (telephone number 866-833-4094) stinks also.
I think Jerome and family has gotten too big for their own britches and have lost that personal "touch" that the customer is always right attitude. I hope everyone who reads this can tell I am livid about this kind of treatment and service.
