Common Cents Complaint - Do Not Use Common Cents Mobile phones

We purchased the Common Cents Mobile phones for home/business use. It was easy to set up but as soon as I had to refill the account everything went bad. First they overcharged then argued that they refunded and I checked with the bank. It took 3-4 days for most of the refund to go through. Now I thought I had the problem fixed and they set up and auto refill at my request. Today I found out they stated they suspended my account and refunded $20.00 back to the bank. When I called they stated I had to fax a front and back copy of my credit card to a phone number. When I asked were was faxing I to all they would say is a fraud department. There explanation was unauthorized use of the credit card. I am not faxing a front and back copy of any card and am warning all that this is not the type of service you want.
